Can I attend Tea Ceremony?
The Tea Ceremony is held in bride's house with limited space. As much as we would love for everyone to join us, Tea Ceremony will be reserved for close family , bridesmaids and groomsmen only.

If you are curious about the ceremony, feel free to watch from the ceremony from the street. NOTE: if you are arriving with taxi car, please select some other nearby street, and walk a bit.

Keep in mind its a very busy street because of the wet market nearby. 50 meters from the house is a large coffee place Cafe Nova where you can go if it gets too crowded

What time should I arrive at the Hotel?
The welcome guest session will begin at 5:00 PM, so you may arrive at the hotel anytime between 5:00 PM and no later than 6:15 PM. All guest are kindly requested to be seated in the ballroom by 6:30 PM

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor
The tea ceremony will include a short outdoor segment when the groomsmen walk to the bride's house. Apart from this, the dinner party will be held entirely indoors.

Is there a vegetarian menu?
Yes, there will be a vegetarian menu available, please feel free to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so we can make the necessary arrangements.

What if I get sick?

When is the best time to fly to Vietnam?
We recommend flying to Viet Nam at least one to two days in advance to give yourself time to adjust. For guests traveling from further away on long-haul flights, allowing extra time to adjust to the time difference will help you settle in and avoid feeling too tired for the celebration.

How long does it take from Airport to Hotel area?
If you're staying near Sofitel, the trip from the airport may take 30- 60 minutes depending on traffic.

Can I wear a costume?
Yes, absolutely! Since our wedding is inspired by Lord of The Ring and Taylor Swift's Folklore Album, you're welcome to incorporate subtle details that reflect this theme into your outfit. We kindly ask that you still keep your look elegant and appropriate for the occasion (so no Gollums).

When is the last day I can submit the RSVP? Can I respond later if I'm not sure?
The RSVP deadline will be 31/12/2025. If you have special circumstances and need to respond after this date, please just contact us directly.
